Lana Del Rey is back from her alter-ego with a debut album. She’s been widely criticized as being inauthentic as an artist. The New York Times defends her ego-shifting.
The New York Times also asked a great question this weekend: What gender is the voice of God? Movie trailers almost exclusively use men to narrate upcoming features. Is that for a reason created by focus groups, or is it just something men are marketing?
More information on the term “healthy fat”: brown fat. You might have heard of it already, but there’s news on it: it burns calories. NYT told us over the weekend about a new form of brown fat, activated by the cold, that converts fat out of the rest of the body to fuel itself.
