2.  Describe your first “real” job. What are you doing now?  
Researcher at USA Today (1986) and now Senior Vice President, Fenton.
3.  What was the best piece of advice you’ve received?
“Never burn any bridges” from my late mother and “Nothing is a prison sentence” (regarding even if you make a bad decision, you can always change to rectify it, so don’t shy away from change/risk) from my late father.
4.  Brag. Tell us about something really great or that you’re proud of or excited about.  
I moved to NYC from Seattle 9 years ago to start over (newly divorced after 11 years of marriage). I didn’t know a soul. Today, my community is ever so large and continues to grow, filled with vibrant, fascinating and challenging individuals and I’m knee deep in passionate causes striving to make the world a better place.
5.  40 under 40. Ones to Watch. Most Powerful. So many lists out there….. who is on your list (and why)?
Kelly Hoey for her power of persuasion, humor, grace and her natural ability to find talent.
6.  What do you plan to accomplish by February?  
Launch successfully Fenton’s new office in London, raise $15,000 for BPeace, Raise $10,000 for Plant A Fish and get a few hours of sleep.
